Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Within Australia

All orders are shipped exclusively via Australia Post Express Post.

Express Post Shipping: A$15 flat rate
FREE Express Post Shipping on orders of A$230 or more

Every shipment includes Australia Post tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Australia Post currently advises that Express Post generally takes 1–2+ business days within the same state and 1–3+ business days interstate. These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on location, public holidays, weather, network delays and other circumstances outside our control.

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM Australian Eastern Time on business days are generally dispatched on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or on public holidays will generally be dispatched on the next business day.

During unusually busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, we will provide your tracking number by email.

Customers can use this tracking number directly through Australia Post to monitor the progress of their shipment.

Please allow some time after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.

If your parcel has not received a meaningful tracking update for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment with Australia Post.

Signature on Delivery

Customers may choose Signature on Delivery at checkout for an additional A$5.

When this option is selected, we will add Australia Post Signature on Delivery to the shipment.

Australia Post describes this service as capturing a recipient signature on delivery. Certain delivery situations, including Parcel Lockers or authorised Safe Drop arrangements, may affect whether a physical signature is obtained.

Authority to Leave / Safe Drop

Where Signature on Delivery has not been selected, Australia Post may leave an eligible parcel in a suitable safe location in accordance with its delivery procedures.

Customers may also be able to manage Safe Drop preferences through Australia Post.

If a customer authorises Australia Post to leave a parcel in a nominated safe place, the customer should ensure that the selected location is secure, discreet and protected from weather.

If tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the property, with household members, neighbours or building management, and then contact us. We can assist you with an Australia Post enquiry where appropriate. Australia Post itself recommends checking delivery arrangements and provides a process for parcels marked delivered but not received.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for checking that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address.

Once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, we cannot guarantee that an address change or redirection will be possible.

If a parcel is returned to us because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay the applicable shipping cost before the order is resent.

If the addressing error was caused by us, we will correct the issue at our expense.

Parcel Returned to Sender

If Australia Post returns a parcel to us because delivery could not be completed, we will contact you after receiving the parcel back.

Depending on the reason for the return, we can arrange redelivery to a confirmed address. Additional postage may apply where the return resulted from an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us with your:

* Order number
* Full name
* Australia Post tracking number

We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, lodge or assist with an enquiry through Australia Post.

Where Australia Post confirms that a shipment has been lost or damaged in transit, we will assess the appropriate resolution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Tracking Shows “Delivered” but Parcel Has Not Arrived

If Australia Post tracking shows Delivered but you cannot find your parcel:

First check the property, mailbox, front door, safe locations, household members, neighbours and building reception or management where applicable.

If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us promptly and we will assist with an Australia Post investigation.

A “Delivered” scan does not automatically prevent us from investigating a genuine delivery problem.

Incorrect Item Received

If we send you an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

* Your order number
* A photograph of the item received
* A photograph of the packaging where relevant

Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or other remedy at no additional cost to you.

Damaged Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of:

* The product
* The external packaging
* Any visible damage
* Your order or shipping label where relevant

Please retain the product and packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as Australia Post may require evidence as part of an investigation.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature and storage requirements of our products, we do not generally accept returns or provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after the order has been dispatched.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
